# How to sign in to Xenmark

All Xenmark account management happens in the authenticated app at [my.xenmark.app](https://my.xenmark.app/login), not on this marketing site.

## Sign in

Go to [my.xenmark.app/login](https://my.xenmark.app/login) and sign in with Google or your email address and password.

## Create an account

Go to [my.xenmark.app/signup](https://my.xenmark.app/signup) to create a new account. The Free plan is available without a payment method.

## Invited to a project

If someone has invited you to a Xenmark project, you received an invitation email. Use the **same email address** the invitation was sent to when you sign in or sign up. Using a different email address will not give you access to the project — the invitation is tied to the original address.

If you already have a Xenmark account under a different email, contact the Project Manager so they can re-send the invitation to your existing email.

## If access looks wrong

If you sign in and do not see a project you expected to find:

- Check that you are signed in with the correct email address — the one the invitation was sent to.
- Ask the Project Manager to confirm the invitation was sent to the right address.
- Contact [support@xenmark.app](mailto:support@xenmark.app) if you continue to have trouble.

## Account and billing

Billing and subscription management are handled inside the Xenmark app. This marketing site does not process payments or store account details.
